These terms govern your use of this Section LLC site. Use means acceptance. If you disagree, do not use the site.

Lawful use only. No disruption, abusive scraping, or unauthorized probing.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you broke these terms.

Site content (text, graphics, logos, layout) belongs to Section LLC or licensors, except marked third-party material.

No commercial reuse without written permission, except where law allows.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including implied merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Nothing here is professional advice unless a separate contract says so.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Section LLC and its principals are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, from site use.

Some regions cap these limits further.

The Pay page is for a deposit, retainer, or an amount already agreed in writing or by email. It is not a catalog of products.

Card payments run on Stripe. Zelle is sent in your bank app. A payment does not by itself create a new scope of work unless we already agreed that amount.

We may link out. We do not control third-party sites. You use them at your risk.

We may post revised terms here. Continued use means you accept the update.
